Returns Policy:
Our returns policy is simple: we want you to be pleased with your item/s. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return the new, unused, sealed item to us, in the original shipping box, within 30 days. It is easy and the instructions are in your box. Contact us if you need a replacement copy emailed to you. You help us keep our prices low by adhering to these basic requirements. Please allow 3 weeks to process your return. Thank you!
Please Note: Shipping/handling costs and return shipping costs are not refundable. If your order received Free Shipping originally, and the original order total now falls below the free shipping amount, a return restocking or handling charge will be added equal to the shipping expense we incurred in sending the original shipment.

Shipping damage is a rare occurrence here at Out of the Toy Box. But, when it does take place, we do all we can to take as much of the frustration out of the claims process for you as is possible. We file the paperwork and make the phone calls and are usually able to send your replacement within 1-2 business days. Just let us know when the shipper has reclaimed the damaged item and your replacement will be on its way!

Cancellations We pride ourselves on fast, safe shipping. Although our official policy states items will ship out within 1-3 business days, oftentimes they are actually shipped same day, sometimes within an hour! Once an item is shipped we cannot cancel the order. So, please be certain about your purchase before completing payment. Refer to the returns and refund policy if you tried to cancel a order that was already shipped.
